CAD/CAM
Once a design sketch is selected for production, we employ cutting-edge design software to refine our vision. Through this technology, we intricately craft three-dimensional shapes, allowing us to identify and resolve any imperfections with precision. This advanced approach enables us to scrutinize the design from every angle, ensuring flawless execution. The final step involves utilizing high-precision 3D printing to bring the precious metal version of the piece to life.
SETTING & POLISHING
Upon completion of the metal piece, it undergoes a series of meticulous processes at VASANI GOLD. Our skilled artisans, renowned for their expertise, delicately set the carefully chosen gemstones, diamonds, and pearls. This intricate process, conducted under the scrutiny of a microscope, ensures both protection and aesthetic appeal. Furthermore, decorative engraving, enamels, and other enhancing treatments are expertly applied to elevate each piece to perfection.
PACKAGING & SHIPPING
